Governing Law

Use of this Website shall be governed by all applicable Federal laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Events

All distribution of event video without consent is considered to be intellectual property rights theft. If an individual intends to distribute event film amongst a team, a team film order must be placed. Please be aware that all videos are watermarked for tracking purposes.

Team film purchases grant film access to all rostered players and team coaches only for the associated event team.

FILM CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Before the event, event film orders may be canceled and fully refunded for any reason up until 1:00 PM EST the day prior to the start of the event.

After the event, refunds will not be issued for the event film due to an athlete’s inability to participate in the event, lack of playing time, or weather delays/cancellations.

The film samples linked on each film purchase page represents the quality of the footage customers should expect to receive. Refunds will not be issued for quality-related complaints unless the quality of the footage captured is demonstrated to be worse than the sample provided on the film purchase page.

Film packages include all regular games played. If we do not capture regular games due to scheduling errors or changes, a refund will be issued for the cost of each game that was missed.

We will do our best to capture any playoff, bracket, championships, or all-star games played. If captured, these games will be included in a film package at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued in the event that playoff, bracket, championships, or all-star games are not captured.

HIGHLIGHT REEL REFUNDS

Highlight reel credits can only be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
